Andrew Hagenberg serves as President of IAFF Local 3874, representing career firefighters and fire officers throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. He leads the Executive Board and advances the Local’s work on safe staffing, training standards, member health and wellness, fair working conditions, and effective public-safety policy.

His approach is grounded in preparation, accountability, and member service. President Hagenberg works with members, labor partners, public officials, and community stakeholders to strengthen the fire service and ensure Local 3874 remains a disciplined, trusted advocate for the firefighters, families, and communities it serves.
